 My name is Alexa. I have a passion for living an all-around healthy, yet balanced lifestyle. My personal regime includes eating well, muscle building thru weight training and cardio (running, cycling and HIIT workouts ) in order to prepare for triathlons in the summer. My desire for an improved routine began about 15 years ago when I became very involved in lacrosse and cross country running. After high school, I needed to find a way to continue being athletic and one of my great friends dragged me to Cornell's class. I immediately feel in love with the small group training classes and the challenge it brought to my everyday life. My personal gym program began to evolve from strictly cardio into weight training. Through the years, I have developed an urge to help others reach their own personal fitness goals through hard work and dedication. There is a huge reward in seeing someone's reaction to their own personal progress. I am patient and take time to understand each client’s needs by figuring out their goals, their strengths and the places where they can improve.   certifications:  nasm CPT

She has been a group trainer/personal trainer for over 10 years now and keep's getting better with age. Boxing, TRX and Crossfit her main focus and speciality. If this is your first class or 1000 you are in great hands with Nicole just don't panic when the bucket comes out!   As a Personal Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realize what your body is capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
