She has been a group trainer/personal trainer for over 10 years now and keep's getting better with age. Boxing, TRX and Crossfit her main focus and speciality. If this is your first class or 1000 you are in great hands with Nicole just don't panic when the bucket comes out!

After years of working out and playing competitive sports, it takes a great trainer to motivate and challenge me. You do it every time! Your encouraging commentary and sense of humor during a routine keep me ready for more!
