Thank you for your interest in our 10 Day Fit Camp!

We are SO excited that you're considering coming to camp!  It's amazing what you can accomplish with a quick, 10-day commitment, and our expert team will be here to support, motivate, and coach you every step of the way.

The purpose of this program is to help you be the best version of yourself by having laser-like focus on your health and fitness for 10 straight days.  Ultimately, we plan to positively impact your life by helping you build lasting healthy habits.

Here are some of the Fit Camp features:

  • Multiple Workout Times:
  • 10-Day Meal Plan:  Nutrition plays a critical role in your success, so it's crucial you fuel up with the right foods. 
  • Testing:  Testing serves as a great baseline to improve upon.  While you may not see huge changes in 10 days, you should still strive for improvement.  More importantly, if you stick with the healthy habits we develop together, you could see significant changes in as little as 4 - 8 weeks.  

The primary changes you should see and feel are:

  • Increased energy
  • More clarity and focus
  • Healthier skin
  • Improved mindset
  • Stronger body
  • And yes, you should drop a few pounds!

Monday 1/8/18 (Strength Training & Cardio)- 6:30AM or (Strength Training & Cardio) 6:30PM

Tuesday 1/9/18 (High Intensity Interval Training HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6AM or (HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6:30PM

Wednesday 1/10/18 (Strength Training & Cardio)- 6:30AM or (Strength Training & Cardio) 6:30PM

Thursday 1/11/18 (HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6AM or (HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6:30PM

Friday1/12/18 (Strength Training & Cardio)- 6:30AM

Saturday 1/13/18 (Boxing)- 8:30am, 9:15am

Sunday 1/14/18 (Yoga)- 9AM

Monday 1/15/18 (Strength Training & Cardio)- 6:30AM or (Strength Training & Cardio) 6:30PM

Tuesday 1/16/18 (HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6AM or (HIIT & Circuit Training)- 6:30PM

Wednesday 1/17/18 (Strength Training & Cardio)- 6:30AM or (Strength Training & Cardio) 6:30PM
