Our Kid's Fit Club is designed to build self confidence by encouraging young children to live and believe in healthy habits. 

The program is geared towards the athletic child looking to become a better athlete or the child looking to have fun. 

Our program will respect the natural maturation of a child's body and our fitness routines are designed to offer a safe, yet challenging workout.  

The Kid's Fit Club will use primarily bodyweight drills with heavy emphasis on mechanics and technique.  Kid's will run, they will jump, and they will learn to live a healthy lifestyle.

Thursday:  5:30pm
