How much Protein should you Consume per day?
We all know Protein is healthy and we need it to build lean muscle tissue. The question we always get, is how much Protein should you consume on a daily basis? The bare minimum that is recommended to prevent protein deficiency is around .3g of protein per pound of bodyweight. However, if you are someone who is active, healthy, and regularly participates in a weight training program, you’ll need a bit more.
